Rapid Protect Adds Timed Auto Alert Feature To The Rapid Tracker Family Safety and Security App

PRINCETON, N.J. - July 2, 2013 - PRLog -- Rapid Protect adds Timed Auto Alert feature to its Rapid Tracker app.  Rapid tracker app is a family safety app with many features for location tracking, status checking and emergency alerts. The app also has extensive family collaboration features such as to do lists, expense tracker, reminders and shared spaces for the families.  

The Auto Alert feature allows a user to set a timer. This timer can be set for any duration starting from 15 minutes to 8 hours.  If the timer is not canceled by the user, the app generates a safety alert to the emergency contact.   This feature can be very useful in many situations. For example, if a person finds himself in a dangerous scenario such as in a vehicle accident, and is unable to make any necessary phone call, the timed auto alert feature can be a lifesaver. Also, adventure seekers can use this feature to alert others in case they get hurt during any risky activity.  They can set an auto-alert timer and if they don’t come back and cancel their timer, the app will send an alert to the specified emergency contact, so the help can be provided.
