Aldana held a HR position handling multi-location full-cycle recruitment for the last five years with ABM Industries, Inc., one of the largest facilities services companies in the world.  

Aldana contributed large recruitment projects at the Crystals at CityCenter in Las Vegas as well as municipal buildings throughout Los Angeles County.

Aldana graduated from Cal Poly Pomona in 2008 with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Management and Human Resources.
