Springfield Music Hosts Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. - July 5, 2013 - PRLog -- SPRINGFIELD, MO (July 5, 2013) – Springfield Music will be joined by Ambassadors from the Springfield Chamber of Commerce for a ribbon cutting ceremony unveiling a newly remodeled performance room and new logo.  The event will be held on Monday, August 5, beginning at 11 am, in the store's performance area located at 3100 South Fremont Avenue in Springfield.

“There's a lot of great things going on at Springfield Music, some big and some small,” says Donovan Bankhead, Vice President of Springfield Music. “These great changes highlighted the need for a brand refresh, and just in time for our grand opening.”

The store has moved offices off-site to make room for the expanded performance area which holds up to 80 guests and features a 20'x10' stage fully equipped top-of-the-line backline including the new Line 6 Dreamstage PA system.  

Founded over 50 years ago, Springfield Music's ribbon cutting ceremony marks a new era for the Springfield store legendary for its staff of talented musicians, unique lessons program, in-house repair facilities and community music education services.  

“Our new look showcases our brand as a whole while reflecting our commitment to the community,” adds Bankhead. “We are excited to unveil the new logo and new stage during our Grand Opening and look forward to serving the Springfield music community for years to come.”

A light lunch, live music and refreshments are planned for the Monday morning celebration. Supporters and neighbors are invited to the ceremony to unveil the new logo and performance room. Visitors will receive a free gift with the new logo.
