imbach Announces Multiple Management Changes

WARRINGTON, Pa. - July 9, 2013 - PRLog -- PITTSBURGH, PA – Limbach Facility Services LLC is proud to announce multiple management changes.

Tom Dempsey, General Service Manager,  is being promoted to Vice President, Manager of Service Operations. Mr. Dempsey will be supporting our service expansion in a part time role focusing on the technical service details. Mr. Dempsey will also continue in the role of General Service Manager of our Eastern Pennsylvania business.

Kevin Labrecque, Senior Vice President of Operational Excellence, will now also assume the Division Manager role in Eastern PA & New Jersey for our construction operations. Since joining Limbach in 2008, Mr. Labrecque has been responsible for a number of Limbach's strategic projects, including advancements on Limbach's BIM front with the adoption of the Limbach Modeling & Production System (LMPS) and the application of LEAN principles throughout the business. Mr. Labrecque will retain executive responsibilities of LEAN operations and executive oversight of the New England business unit.

David R. Leathers, former SVP of Service & Maintenance / Regional Manager of Eastern PA & New Jersey, will now serve full time as Senior Vice President of National Service & Maintenance.

As the SVP of Service & Maintenance, Mr. Leathers assumes the responsibility of  working with the Company's Division Managers to significantly expand the local service businesses in all of Limbach's markets. Mr. Leathers joined Limbach in 2006 and most recently supported our service expansion on a part time basis. Over the last several years Mr. Leathers has been the Regional Manager of our Eastern PA & New Jersey regional business units.

Michael McCann, has been promoted to President of Harper Limbach LLC (a subsidiary of Limbach Facility Services LLC) to lead Florida business unit. Mr. McCann was formerly the Vice President of Harper Limbach Tampa business unit.

Guy Trapeni, formerly a Chief Estimator in the New England business unit, has been appointed to Vice President & Director of Estimating Services. Mr. Trapeni will assume the oversight of the estimating processes, shared services, software implementation, sharing of best practices and the ongoing development of Limbach's preconstruction staff at each business unit. Mr. Trapeni's  responsibilities also include risk analysis of certain projects during the bidding process.
