This transaction was negotiated by Dougall McCorkle of Premier Commercial, Inc. Bank of Montreal leased a 10,000 square foot full floor space in the SunTrust Building at 801 Laurel Oak Dr. in Naples. Dougall McCorkle of Premier Commercial, Inc. represented the landlord. The tenant was represented by Transwestern and IPC.
