Premier Commercial, Inc. Announces Transactions for Second Quarter 2013

NAPLES, Fla. - July 17, 2013 - PRLog -- Naples, FL-  Premier Commercial is pleased to announce the following transactions for Lee and Collier counties for 2013 second quarter.

Capital Bank sold a two story, 12,000 square foot mixed use building located at 9465 Tamiami Trail N., Naples, the “Milan Center”, to an undisclosed buyer for $1,900,000. Dougall McCorkle of Premier Commercial, Inc.  negotiated the transaction.

Capital Bank sold an 850 square foot office condominium in the City Center building at 599 Tamiami Trail N to Farr Miller & Washington for $149,000. This transaction was negotiated by Dougall McCorkle of Premier Commercial, Inc.

Bank of Montreal leased a 10,000 square foot full floor space in the SunTrust Building at 801 Laurel Oak Dr. in Naples. Dougall McCorkle of Premier Commercial, Inc. represented the landlord. The tenant was represented by Transwestern and IPC.

The law firm of Akerman Senterfitt signed a lease expanding their facilities at the Mercato by an additional 1,600 square feet. Dougall McCorkle of Premier Commercial, Inc.  negotiated the lease.

Wicker Smith law firm expanded into an additional 1,300 square feet of space at their Mercato office. The lease was negotiated by Dougall McCorkle of Premier Commercial, Inc.

1,066 square feet of office space was leased by Tonacor at the Northern Trust Building, 4001 Tamiami Trail N. in Naples. Dougall McCorkle of Premier Commercial, Inc. negotiated the transaction.

Don Story has leased  1,617 square feet of retail space at the Broadway Shops in Estero. Dougall McCorkle of Premier Commercial, Inc.  represented the tenant, with Lee and Associates represented the landlord.

Chris & Sally Jones leased 1,890 sf of office space at 9200 Estero Park Commons Blvd. Suite 5, Estero to Florida Veterinary Referral Center & 24 Hour Emergency And Critical Care, Inc. Andrew DeSalvo, MBA and Matt Stepan, CCIM of Premier Commercial, Inc. negotiated the Lease.

Coconut Point Properties, LLC leased 4,958 sf of office space at 23160 Fashion Drive Unit R220, Estero to Northwestern Mutual. Andrew DeSalvo, MBA and Matt Stepan, CCIM of Premier Commercial, Inc. negotiated the Lease.

Coconut Point Properties, LLC sold 1,116 sf of office space at 23190 Fashion Drive Unit P203/204 to Richard Everett for $318,000. Andrew DeSalvo, MBA and Matt Stepan, CCIM of Premier Commercial, Inc. negotiated the Sale.

Capital Bank sold a 11.42 acre commercial lot at 9301 Corkscrew Road, Estero to Steel Recovery Solutions, LLC for $950,000. Andrew DeSalvo, MBA and Matt Stepan, CCIM of Premier Commercial, Inc. represented the Seller.

Porter Group, LP leased 2,100 sf of office space at 9696 Bonita Beach Road Suite 203, Bonita Springs to Gun School, Inc. Andrew DeSalvo, MBA and Matt Stepan, CCIM of Premier Commercial, Inc. negotiated the Lease.

Maples Enterprises of Florida, LLC leased 7,013 sf of flex space at 5610 Division Drive, Fort Myers to Tetra Tech, Inc. Andrew DeSalvo, MBA and Matt Stepan, CCIM of Premier Commercial, Inc. represented the Landlord.
