Naples-Fort Myers Running Shoes Store, Foot Solutions Estero, Hosts Free Yoga Class on July 24th

ESTERO, Fla. - July 19, 2013 - PRLog -- Naples-Fort Myers Running Shoes Store, Foot Solutions Estero, announces it will be hosting a free basic yoga and meditation class, open to the public, on Wednesday, July 24th.  The class will be led by Yoga instructor Laurie Zanelli, and will feature basic, beginner’s yoga techniques and meditation. Space is limited, and spots will be offered on a first come, first serve basis.

Class participants will:

➢   Learn the benefits of yoga for mind and body.
➢   Participate in gentle basic yoga movement and breath work.  
➢   Strengthen, lengthen and relax. (No need to be flexible –yoga meets your body where it is right now.)

Participants should wear loose, comfortable clothing. No special equipment is necessary.  A mat is suggested but not required.

A complimentary breakfast of bagels, juice, and coffee will be served.  

Following the class, will be a free educational workshop about Alternative Health Modalities, including Reflexology and Infrared Light Therapy.  Participants may come for just the yoga class, the workshop, or both.
