GF Joe Gluten free Bakery Succesful Brand launching

Clearwater, Fl. On July 22, 2013 Local baker, Joseph “GF Joe” Camerieri owns an online gluten free bakery. Now has a local 2000 sq ft facility to make and bake his products "While unemployed he went to New York to help hurricane Sandy victims.  Before I left I saw an email alert for amateur bakers contest in New York. This caught my eye, I submitted right away filled out the application and sent in my favorite ice hockey photo with the “Stanley Keg” over my head and huge smile" (a hockey beer league, Tampa, Fl).

While helping Hurricane Sandy Victims he made the baker's audition in Manhattan.  He passed two auditions and then GFJoe was notified that they are flying him out to California.  GF Joe made cupcakes and cookies for the national competition while in a sling. At the audition two judges from the one of the best culinary schools in the world LeCordon Blue approved his gluten free cupcakes and cookies. GF Joe made the cut to the final top 30 out of 5000 plus amateur bakers and was flown to California. Ironically, CBS show producers and the Hollywood Sheraton hotel did NOT accommodate GF Joe for his gluten & food allergy diet. Eating just some of the provided foods, even selectively, created upset within my system.   GFJoe can’t believe his baking made top 30 out of 5000 amateur bakers.   So he decided to go all the way and launch his GFJoe brand. He is growing fast and is seeking  certified organic copacker to handle and expand his brand.

On July 22, 2013 had a successful brand launch of six flavors of his GF Joe gluten & dairy free Biscotti at Natures Food Patch a natural health food store in Clearwater, Florida  in the  22,000 SF  store  they carry north Pinellas County's largest array of organic produce, bulk foods,  & natural bodycare etc. In a few months his next item launching will be his certified organic gluten & dairy & egg free soy free cookie dough with four flavors and a cereal.
