This past April and May, nearly 130,000 pounds of recycled materials were collected for reuse in the reliable PODS containers. “Our alliance with Community Recycling Kids will help spread the important message of recycling and reusing, while helping children who are less fortunate at the same time,” said John B. Koch, President and CEO of PODS Enterprises, Inc. “We are excited to help this cause by using our PODS containers to help collect as many donations as possible.” The collaborative efforts between PODS and CR Kids will connect the dots between unwanted items and the people that need affordable options. The clothing and accessories that have been collected will be distributed for resale and reuse in various U.S. locations and around the developing world.
