Under the agreement, Freedom Survival Gear's international customers can register for a free Bongo International account, which gives them a U.S. based address at which to receive their orders from most any e-commerce store. Once the goods are received at Bongo's Bridgeport, CT facility, shipments from other e-commerce vendors can be consolidated if desired, Export and Customs documents are prepared, and the goods are then shipped to the customer's home country for a reasonable service charge. The international customer also benefits by being able to take advantage of the free ground shipping offered by Freedom Survival Gear for most items.
