For the First Time, Consumers Can Purchase Plastic Food Containers that are Certified to be Pure

FAIRFIELD, N.J. - Aug. 1, 2013 - PRLog -- Fairfield, NJ – July 31, 2013 –Premier Classic Products, a division of Premier Group International, announces the arrival of its first of many plastic storage containers that are 100% free of animal byproducts.  Production has started on containers for the Jewish community, featuring three different sized sets for various size families. According to Manny Volk, CEO of Premier Group International, “These sets that are color-coded for dairy, vegetables and parve are completely microwave, dishwasher and freezer safe”.  Made from vegetable ingredients, Premier Classic Containers are also guaranteed one part in 40 billion parts to be free of animal byproducts, which means they are “Ethically and Religiously Compliant and will be designated by prominent US testing labs with the mark “ERC”.

According to Volk: “Our containers will not only be the first of their kind to be available to the Jewish community, but will be of interest to other religious groups as well as just plain healthy people.” Volk intends to expand the company’s “pure plastics” line into other markets, such as Muslims, Vegans, Seventh Day Adventists as well as health-conscious individuals.

The fact is that much of the plastic manufactured today contains animal byproducts.  When heated, frozen or mciro-waved, it causes the animal byproducts to bloom to the surface and leach into the food contained therein.

Beyond food storage container, PGI has plans to expand into other markets for their animal byproduct-free plastic prodcuts, not the least of which is the pharmaceutical industry (e.g., capsules).   Importantly, while the FDA has the interest of the public in mind when it comes to food safety, no one is focusing on how those drugs are stored.  In addition, the company could also be of significant interest to manufactures of  just about anything made of plastic, including food utensils, food packaging, wraps, vitamin containers…practically anything that comes in contact with the human body.
