STOKE-ON-TRENT, U.K. - Aug. 3, 2013 - PRLog -- The Wine O'Clock Club has been launched to help businesses and entrepreneurs alike to get a hold on some of the most comprehensive and effective social business networking ideas, tips and tricks in the industry. In short, the Wine O'Clock Club aims to bring a breath of fresh air to the business networking scene, by providing up-to-date and realistic advice and guidance to all of the members. Currently, the club holds monthly areas throughout the United Kingdom. Each monthly meeting will be at a carefully selected venue. Complimentary canapés or light bites will be available as will wine and other beverages including soft drinks, tea & coffee for members to purchase. Arrive anytime between 6pm and 8pm to chat and network with other like minded business owners. Each event will feature an Expert In Residence who will be available to consult with throughout the evening.

The Wine O'Clock Club believe in five core principles, which are:

Business Networking should be enjoyable - We all spend a lot of time business networking, why shouldn't we enjoy ourselves at the same time. That’s why our events are (mostly) informal and focused around being social.
Business Networking isn't always about Sales - Sure sales are good but sometimes there are other issues in your business where networking contacts can help you, Wine O’Clock Club events don’t feature 1 Minutes Pitches, Referral Counts or 10 Minutes Sales Presentations.
Business Networking doesn't have to mean Breakfast Meetings - Not everybody is at their best in the morning, some would rather skip a cooked breakfast for the gym, many have family commitments which prevent them from attending breakfast meetings. After a busy day, unwinding and discussing your business with your peers makes more sense than getting up at the crack of dawn.
Business Networking should be Sociable -  It’s hard running your own business, having somewhere you can go to discuss business with like minded peers can make the difference between enjoying being your own boss or dreading each new day.
Business Networking should be affordable - Many Business Networks charge several hundred pounds to join and similar amounts per year add to that the costs involved with attending meetings and you can easily spend over £1000 pounds.

The The Wine O'Clock Club is also looking for local event coordinators throughout the UK, and more information can be found at the The Wine O'Clock Club official website, found at: http://wineoclockclub.com/
