Mama Bracelets Extends Its Reach to Canada

Aug. 5, 2013 - PRLog -- Since 2011 Mama Bracelets has been raising money to help researchers find treatments and a cure for SMA.  Their partnership with the U.S. based FSMA (Families of Spinal Muscular Atrophy) organization has raised close to $3000 (USD).

The owner of Mama Bracelets, Lindsay Casten,  designed and developed the exclusive “Cure SMA” product line.  She hand-stamps all of her items and assembles them in her small office located in Naperville, IL. 

Currently the “Cure SMA” product line consists of the “Open Circle Bracelet” and the “Open Circle Necklace”, the “Adjustable Leather Bracelet with Silver Plate”, and a “Cure SMA Key Chain”.

All of the products are made from sterling silver and are secured by well-designed clasps. 

“These bracelets are made to last,” explains Lindsay, “they are meant to be a daily reminder of the efforts of so many; from researchers to those fighting the disease.  They are ‘simply stylish’ as they can really compliment any wardrobe.”

Mama Bracelets currently supports FSMA (US) and JTSMA (UK). 

“We are really excited to expand our reach into Canada.  We have received orders from Canada in the past and thought donating to their own FSMA would be a great way to help spread awareness about this devastating disease.” says Michael Casten (Director, PR/Finance).

With every “Cure SMA” product purchase Mama Bracelets will donate a generous portion of the proceeds to the charity of choice by the customer, either FSMA (US), JTSMA via The Crystal Ball (UK), or FSMA (Canada).

“Our goal is to spread awareness, provide a high-quality, long lasting product, and raise funds for research,” say the Castens, “and we are well on our way!”
