"She has a strong record of humanitarian, leadership and economic advocacy, including work with young women from various African countries who have non-government organizations and do yearly mission trips to their countries as powerful advocates for the movement towards women empowerment" Lady Kate is indeed a champion who was selected from a pool of suggested Honorary Ambassadors.
