eBridge Named One of Florida’s Best Companies

TAMPA, Fla. - Aug. 7, 2013 - PRLog -- For the fourth year in a row, eBridge has ranked among the top 20 small companies to work for in the entire state of Florida. Based on employee responses to a two-part questionnaire, the Tampa-based hosted document management company was ranked No. 13 among companies with fewer than 50 employees.

Florida Trend partners with the Best Companies Group, which administered the survey to eligible companies. The first part included a questionnaire filled out by each company’s representative about company policies, practices, and demographics. The second part was sent to a randomly selected group of each company’s employees, who were asked to respond anonymously to 72 statements on a five-point agreement scale. The questions focus on:

·         Corporate culture and communications

·         Role satisfaction

·         Work environment

·         Relationship with supervisor

·         Training and development

·         Pay and benefits

·         Overall engagement 

 

eBridge’s ranking is featured  in the August 2013 edition of Florida Trend. The company is also a four-time recipient of the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s Best Places to Work award.
