Brian Zampell Receives API 936 Certification

NEWBURYPORT, Mass. - Aug. 9, 2013 - PRLog -- Zampell Companies - As part of Zampell’s growth into the petrochemical marketplace and Zampell’s increased focus on opportunities in the Gulf Coast, Brian Zampell recently received his API 936 Refractory Personnel Certification from the American Petroleum Institute (API).

The API 936 program is focused primarily on quality assurance for refractory applications in the field by providing a systematic approach to both field and laboratory inspection and testing of refractory materials.  The program also provides a third party certification for individuals who intend to provide refractory inspection services.

While most contracts in the petrochemical marketplace require an independent and unbiased third party inspector on projects, Zampell believes that by having this certification it will ensure unity between its quality procedures on every job with the expectations of its customers.
