In addition to that growth, there is an opportunity for Zampell to enter new territories that suddenly have less competition, primarily due to the consolidation of many American refractory companies via private equity acquisition. Zampell is already capturing a significant amount of this growth in the Texas market with its office in Beaumont, Texas. The Beaumont, Texas office has largely focused on its scaffolding, insulation, and coatings services. We see a need in the area for the engineering- Zampell has opened or acquired several offices across the USA and Europe in the last ten years, so with that experience Zampell will quickly engage in setting up the location, allocating tools and equipment, and adapting its policies and procedures into the demands of the local client requirements. With many of the Baton Rouge area clients having locations in other Zampell territories, Zampell expects to move through client approvals quickly and be fully operational in the next few weeks. In order to help tackle this initiative, Zampell is also dedicating corporate business development and engineering support to ensure a quick impact in the marketplace. End
