Mickie-Ann Budny joins Litchfield Bancorp as Main Office Branch Manager

LITCHFIELD, Conn. - Aug. 12, 2013 - PRLog -- Litchfield Bancorp has announced the hiring of Mickie-Ann Budny as the new Branch Manager of its Litchfield office.

Budny, of Harwinton, joins Litchfield Bancorp after more than 10 years as Assistant Vice President, Regional Branch Manager and Mortgage Specialist at National Iron Bank, where she was the leading lender at the bank's Norfolk branch for six years between 2005 and 2011. From 1994 to 2003, while at Fleet Bank and Quick and Reilly, Budny worked as a Consumer Sales Specialist and Investment Representative. 

At Litchfield Bancorp, Budny succeeds Margret Warner, who has been promoted to Vice President for Commercial Lending.  

Budny's career in banking began at Litchfield Bancorp, where she was a Customer Service Representative and Teller Trainer from 1989 to 1994. Litchfield Bancorp Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Paul McLaughlin is pleased to welcome Budny back.

Budny, a 1992 graduate of Western Connecticut State University, is also a 2011 graduate of the Connecticut School of Finance and Management and holds many certificates from the Center for Financial Training.  She is a Connecticut Certified Banker and licensed with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System as a mortgage originator.

She is currently president of the Northwest Corner Triad, a non-profit organization that strives to enhance the lives of older adults through educational materials and outreach programs.
