Shale shaker and mud cleaner for drilling oilfiled

Mud Cleaner is the second class and the third class solids control equipment (http://www.gnsolidscontrol.com/equipments/) which is the newest type to treat the drilling fluid. GN drilling mud cleaner are combined from Desander (http://www.gnsolidscontrol.com/desander/), Desilter (http://www.gnsolidscontrol.com/desilter/)and an Underflow Screen, at the same time Mud cleaner has the higher cleaning function  compared with separated desander and desilter. In addition to the reasonable design process, it equals another shale shake (http://www.gnsolidscontrol.com/shale-shaker/)r (http://www.gnsolidscontrol.com/shale-shaker/). GN mud cleaner structure is compact, it occupy small space and the function is powerful. Mud cleaner is the ideal device of the second class and the third class solid control to treat the drilling mud.  

 

Two sets of complete solids contron equipment including shale shaker (http://www.gnsolidscontrol.com/shale-shaker/) and mud cleaner were sent to Turkey for customer from oil drilling industry. This customer gets mud tank locally and equip GN equipment.

The equipment involved in this order are used to a project with treating capacity more than 1000GPM. GN largest capacity model mud cleaner GNZJ853-3S16N with 3 ea 10" desander cone and 16 ea 4" desilter was favoured by the customer. Following the shale shaker and cleaner, there are also 2 years spare shaker screens (http://www.gnsolidscontrol.com/shaker-screen/) for customer's stock to make sure the continuous drlling operation.
