Leone received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and his Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts- He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island and holds membership in the Association of State Dam Safety Officials and the U.S. Society on Dams.
