Jennings' Executive To Present At 9th Annual AFP NC Philanthropy Conference

Dan Dunlop Featured Speaker At North Carolina Philanthropy Conference
 
CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - Aug. 15, 2013 - PRLog -- Dan Dunlop, principal of Jennings, the North Carolina based healthcare marketing agency, will present at the 9th Annual AFP NC Philanthropy Conference.  This year’s conference will be held in Concord, N.C. on Friday, August 16.

Dunlop will present an AFP Master Class on the use of Social Media in fundraising, Friday, August 16 at 10 a.m.  During the presentation, Dunlop will discuss how to use social media platforms as the ideal tools for engaging current and potential donors.  Also, he’ll share how to create online platforms and environments that foster a spirit of giving.  These platforms or online communities will allow brand ambassadors to celebrate the brand publically and reinforce the decision by individuals to support the organization.  Additionally, Dunlop will show how to create online communities of brand supporters that can be activated when a need arises.

The 9th Annual NC Philanthropy Conference focuses on sharing information that will allow fundraisers to change how they go about fundraising by investigating new methods.   This year's conference includes three Master Class sessions and a panel of experts on social media, metrics and board development.  Also being discussed will be topics and issues currently surrounding fundraising.
