Lee & Associates-Ontario Completes 65-Month Lease in Fontana for Over $9 Million

404, 732-square-foot concrete tilt up industrial property is near the 10 and 15 Interstates and Highway 60
 
TORRANCE, Calif. - Aug. 22, 2013 - PRLog -- Lee & Associates, one of the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firms in the country, completed a $9.2 million, 65-month industrial lease for Act Fulfillment with Carson Companies at the under construction Carson Etiwanda Logistics Center located at 11001 Etiwanda Ave.

The soon-to-be completed 404,732-square-foot concrete tilt up industrial property is situated in a highly desirable area with close proximity to the 10 and 15 Interstates and Highway 60.  Other tenants in the area include Home Shopping Network, K-Mart, Subaru, Caterpillar, AutoZone Distribution, Chrysler and many others. The 32’ class “A” building has 78 dock high doors and two ground level doors situated on 18.67 acres.

Jeff Smith and Ryan Lal of Lee & Associates’ Ontario office represented the tenant, Act Fulfillment, who has been providing supply chain solutions in warehousing and fulfillment services since 1994. Smith and Austin Hill, also of Lee’s Ontario office, represented the landlord, Carson Companies, one of southern California’s leading providers of buildings ideally suited for the logistics, distribution and supply chain management business.  

Hill stated that, “Although there were a number of existing building options for ACT to consider, the Carson development clearly separated itself from a design and location standpoint compared to its competition.” Lal further went on to say that “ACT moved swiftly and decisively once their customer requirements were finalized.  We were able to reach a successful conclusion in a relatively short period of time thanks to the collective commitment from both ACT and Carson.”
