Mr. Reynolds also represents and advises companies and special committees in connection with internal investigations in response to government enforcement agency subpoenas and shareholder demand letters. Mr. Reynolds received his J.D. from Emory University School of Law in 2010. He received his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania with a double major in Political Science and Economics in 2005. He is an associate in the Litigation Department of Paul Hastings’ Los Angeles office. He was elected to the Board of Directors of Partners for Potential on June 12, 2013 and will serve for three years.
