Paul Hastings LLP Attorney Timothy D. Reynolds Joins Board of Partners for Potential

LOS ANGELES - Aug. 22, 2013 - PRLog -- Paul Hastings LLP attorney Timothy D. Reynolds was elected to the Board of Directors of the nonprofit Partners for Potential, which provides programs and services to multicultural adults with developmental disabilities.

“My experience working with Boards of Directors for several companies during difficult litigation has taught me valuable lessons in leadership, active Board member participation, and accountability,” said Mr. Reynolds.  “I look forward to working with other members of the Partners for Potential Board to continue to deliver goal oriented results.”

Mr. Reynolds’ practice focuses on securities litigation matters representing multi-national corporations, investment banks, officers, and directors against claims brought under the federal securities laws, blue sky laws, and common law.  Mr. Reynolds also represents and advises companies and special committees in connection with internal investigations in response to government enforcement agency subpoenas and shareholder demand letters.

Mr. Reynolds received his J.D. from Emory University School of Law in 2010. He received his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania with a double major in Political Science and Economics in 2005.  He is an associate in the Litigation Department of Paul Hastings’ Los Angeles office.  He was elected to the Board of Directors of Partners for Potential on June 12, 2013 and will serve for three years.
