Over the past few months we have been working hard in improving your experience on our website, we have added some new features and will also be introducing some new service and product offerings. We have changed our website look which we hope you enjoy with the goal of improving its format and navigation. Besides the many benefits described below, technology is evolving so quickly so we decided on a face-lift to keep up with current trends and have the right technology in place for the future. You will see the changes on our web pages, but we have made a number of critical changes on our back end to ensure that we are using the latest technologies, software, and applications. This approach will have tremendous benefits to both our customers and Nontando as it will allow for faster response times when navigating across our site, improved security, improves the ability for you to view and use our site from the likes of mobile devices, and improving the website’s functionality which makes it a much more intuitive experience for you. This new and improved technology also allows us to implement the many new features and tools that we have installed and plan to implement in the future. As we operate an offline/retail operation as well this website, we will be integrating our efforts for both online and offline as much as possible so that our local retail customers as well as our online customers across the USA and international are sharing the same shopping experience. CHECKOUT AS GUEST / OPTIONAL ACCOUNT CREATION - You no longer have to register to our site to complete a transaction. Simply add a product to the shopping cart and go straight to checkout. We have also ensured that a minimal number of fields are required to be filled out making it a simple and speedy process. 

FINDING PRODUCTS/CATEGORIES – In addition to our detailed sitemap, you can now view our products by category, by country as well as those products recently added and special offers. 

What’s New?

LINKS – You now have a direct link to us via SKYPE. You have a direct link to our FACEBOOK page where you get news regarding our annual buying trips to Africa, our new product offerings, and much more. “Like” our Facebook page and Nontando updates will appear on your wall Our PRLOG link lets you see our blogs relating to many different topics including Nontando news, products and categories and more.

This may include exclusive sales, special offers, product updates, etc. In addition, sign up for our newsletter, and you become automatically eligible for our monthly prize drawings 

MONTHLY PRIZE DRAWINGS – As long as you are a subscriber to our newsletter at the time of our monthly drawings, you are eligible to win. STORE DIRECTIONS – Many of our customers had asked for this so we have included an option and easy pop up on our homepage, which includes a map and directions to our retail storefront in Sarasota, Florida. 

DROP DOWN MENUS – As we grow our product categories and add new items, we want to ensure that it is easy for you to navigate across our site and find exactly what you are looking for. Using drop down menus allows us to organize all of our content into smaller sub-categories so that it is now simple for you to view and use and much easier for us to manage. They look pretty cool too!
