Aug. 25, 2013 - PRLog -- The GNLW553 22 inch diameter bowl centrifuges is specially designed  for high-volume drilling.  Compared to other centrifuges, it experiences less solids packoff, produces cleaner effluents, requires fewer operating personnel and features automatic adjustment for different operating conditions.

Automatic load sensing and feed pump control enable automated performance up to 500gpm. The conveyor is capable of 90 RPM differential speed. Feed pump output increases until the operator input torque set point is reached on either the bowl or the conveyor drives. As feed slurry properties change, the PID loop dynamically adjusts pump output to maintain the torque set point. With automatic startup and shutdown routines, the GNLW553 VFD Centrifuge is designed for safe, consistent, unattended operation.
