Our Client Mr. Adwait R Parale is the proprietor and applicant for the patent application in respect of SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR TRANSPORTATION OF LIQUID, in India under patent application no. 2740/MUM/2013, filed on August 22, 2013.

Please note that any patent filed after our priority date covering the same or substantially similar invention, shall not have the priority on this invention and consequently shall not have any legal standing, under the provisions of Patents Act, 1970 of India.

The patent application invention provides systems and methods for transportation of liquid, wherein the system comprises  a) a heating unit; and b) a pipe; wherein the heating unit comprises i)  an assembly of lenses;  ii) a lens holding assembly; iii) a hollow semi-spherical surface; and iv) an external holding assembly; wherein the pipe comprises i) an inlet; and ii) an outlet; wherein the assembly of lenses located above the hollow semi-spherical surface concentrates light approaching from a source of light on concave part of the hollow semi-spherical surface that is transferred to a liquid surface thereby increasing the temperature of  the liquid surface and creating vapors of the liquid; and wherein the vapors of the liquid enters the inlet of the pipe placed at an elevated position which is connected to the heating unit and transports through the  pipe and exits through the outlet of the pipe.

We hereby notify publicly and to whomsoever it may concern that in respect of the said application and the invention covered in the application, that any attempt whether successful or unsuccessful to copy, reproduce, use, recreate, import or practice the patent pending invention or any invention substantially similar to the patent pending invention, may be in contravention of law of India, and shall attract suitable legal action on Civil as well as criminal grounds, including claims of compensation and injunctions.
