Holladay negotiates lease with Loyola University Medical Center

OAK BROOK, Ill. - Aug. 30, 2013 - PRLog -- Holladay Properties is pleased to announce a new lease with Loyola University Medical Center in Oak Brook Terrace, Illinois at the Oak Brook Terrace Medical Center located at 1S224 Summit Avenue in Oak Brook Terrace. Holladay Properties provides leasing and property management services for this 92,000 sqaure foot, two building medical campus owned by HCP, Inc. of Nashville, Tennessee. Loyola University is expanding its presence on the campus through the addition of a 10,700 square foot primary care clinic.

Once completed, Loyola University Medical Center will occupy nearly 54,000 square feet at the campus. Jeffrey Fischer of NAI Hiffman represented Loyola University in the transaction and Brian Dolehide of Holladay Properties represented HCP, Inc. Holladay Properties is also providing construction management services for the project. Construction will be completed for occupancy in November of 2013.
