Sustain Dane Finds New Home In Madison

MADISON, Wis. - Sept. 4, 2013 - PRLog -- Cresa Madison represented Sustain Dane in relocation from its current premises on Patterson Street to 131 West Wilson Street in Downtown Madison. Sustain Dane will occupy its new space immediately.

Sustain Dane is a nonprofit organization based in Madison that fosters a rich and diverse community of sustainability champions through sustainability programs and initiatives that result in greater impacts in homes, neighborhoods, schools and workplaces. The organization started as a grassroots group in 1997 and was established as a 501 (c)(3) in 2003. The most recent relocation will provide Sustain Dane with a professional presence in close proximity to Capitol Square.
