Content is based on the Outsourcing Professional Body of Knowledge (OPBOK) and the Outsourcing Professional Standards developed by IAOP and the Outsourcing Standards Board and covers all aspects of creating and sustaining successful relationships from design to implementation.

Governance Chapter - On September 24, 2013 at 11:00am PDT, IAOP's Governance Chapter will host an informational webinar on "What Does An Effective Supplier Governance Program Look Like?"  The webinar will feature esteemed speaker Linda Tuck Chapman, CPO, Sourcing, Payables and Supplier Governance from BMO Financial Group, who will share her insights, which will broaden attendees’ understanding of skills and attributes necessary for Governance success. The Governance Chapter is chaired by Neo Group, Applied Materials, Blue Shield of California and Boston Scientific. Attendance is complimentary for members and non-members may register using a guest pass.
