Rathi, a Synonym of TMT Steel in India Incorporates Coal Gasifiers by CASE Group

FARIDABAD, India - Sept. 20, 2013 - PRLog -- Haryana, India- Rathi Group in India has decided to join hands with CASE Group for installation of gasifier plants in their industrial sites across the country. Sources confirmed that CASE has bagged at least 8 gasifiers order from Rathi Group.

CASE Group specializes in the supply of gasification technology for forging industry, rolling mills and other industrial sectors. Shri Rathi Steel Ltd owns a unique presence in the manufacturing of TMT steel and bars. It has been three years now that CASE Group is serving Shri Rathi Steel with utmost satisfaction.

In the year 2011, CASE Group has installed and commissioned CNS 3.6 coal gasifier at the site- Masuri Gulawati road in Ghaziabad. Till date, the gasifier generates considerable producer gas for billet heating (25-30 TPH) in the Rathi’s steel plant. The success story spread across all the Rathi Family. As of now, CASE Group has earned 8 more gasifiers from the Rathi Group.

Announcing the business deal, Mr. Roger Kumar, Managing Director of CASE Group stated, “CASE Gasifier is only gasifier which is able to replace 100% Furnace oil for stainless Steel billet heating application. We are proud to mention that we have successfully installed over 200 Gasifiers in steel industry.”

Currently, all the gasifier plants are in progress at various stages. First of these is due to be commissioned by September 2013 at Rathi Special Steels, Bhiwadi (Rajasthan).
