IMI Design Studio Honored With Ten Awards, Including ‘best In Show’ Title At ASID Design

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - Oct. 1, 2013 - PRLog -- Anita Lang and the team at IMI Design Studio took top honors this year at the Annual Design Excellence Awards.   The 2013 gala, presented by the Arizona North Chapter of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), and was held in August at the Montelucia Resort.     In addition to taking 1st place across six design categories, one second place award and two third place awards, IMI Design was also honored with the coveted title of  ‘Best in Show’  in the residential category.    ASID Arizona North Chapter awarded IMI Design the following awards:

Best in Show – Residential
1^st Place - Total Remodel
1^st Place – Residence Under 3,500 sq ft
1^st Place – Kitchen Design
1^st Place – Bathroom Design
1^st Place – Furniture Design
1^st Place – Outdoor Living Space
2^nd Place – Residence between 3,500 -6,000 sq ft.
3^rd Place – Residence over 6,000 sq ft
3^rd Place – Furniture Design

The annual awards ceremony recognizes top creativity and professional achievement of Arizona’s interior design community in a multitude of categories.  The “Best in Show” residential design by IMI Design was selected for a feature article in the September issue of Phoenix Home and Garden Magazine.  In addition, several of the furniture pieces recognized in the awards will be incorporated into the IMI Design Studio’s new furniture line, which is preparing for launch in first quarter of 2014 through design showrooms nationwide.
