VCI welcomed an increase of 28.3 percent in all-new contracts in 2012, reaching a total of 404,947 contracts signed. For the 2013 business year, VCI has seen 238,400 new contracts signed in the first seven months and has reached a record level of $23.6 billion. Due to this significant increase, VCI has announced the arrival of up to 150 new jobs at their Libertyville, IL service center over the next five years.

The Volkswagen finance partner also celebrated its recognition of a #1 rating in the retail loan segment and announced the launch of a new integrated solution for Credit & Contract Approvals, Digital Document Storage, and Funding called “FinanceSource”, a system that enhances accuracy, customer wait time, and an increased cash flow for dealers. According to Dahlheim “the feedback by the dealers so far has been very positive in terms of accuracy, ease of use, and speed”.
