BIRMINGHAM, U.K. - Oct. 16, 2013 - PRLog -- Business marketing expert Roger Payne releases his first book. Titled 'The Business Cohesion Model', the book helps business owners and marketing professionals to build a unified brand and drive business performance and growth.

Payne has over 40 years of experience in marketing gained at senior executive levels with multi-national companies in the motor industry (Volvo, Mazda) and as a marketing and business development consultant for clients such as Suzuki, Toyota, Chartered Trust and Devonport Management Limited.

“I have identified a need for organisations to address their operational effectiveness and think about the different issues that impact on the development, delivery and sustaining of the brand offering, both the ‘corporate brand’ and the ‘product brand', to their customers.”, explains Payne.

“I conceived The Business Cohesion Model as a practical process for encouraging open-minded thought on key issues that can impact on both individual, collective and ‘brand’ performance. I decided that I was not going to tell people what to do, I was going to encourage them to think about what they should do.”, Payne adds.

The Business Cohesion Model is aimed at anybody involved in developing a business or organisation who is prepared to think about what they are doing and why, and, in so doing, be prepared to think the ‘unthinkable’ achieve to the ‘unachievable’.

It was never intended to be academic in approach, I just wanted it to be a good and enjoyable read from which the reader benefitted in some way.”
