The Ajman Palace to Debut Dragon’s Place – Asian Fusion Restaurant

AJMAN, UAE - Oct. 22, 2013 - PRLog -- 22 October 2013 - Ajman, UAE – The Ajman Palace debuts its Asian Fusion restaurant, “Dragon’s Place”, on Sunday, 27th of October 2013. The restaurant will add a new culinary experience in the Emirate of Ajman where guests can taste the finest Asian fusion delicacies with highlights on Japanese and Thai cuisine combined with modern Middle Eastern flavours.

“In our business, men tend to spend more time in the kitchen than women. We believe good food is certainly the way to win guests' heart” said Roland Obermeier, General Manager.

Inspired by the Dragon as a symbol of wisdom, prosperity and good fortune, the restaurant creates a smart casual and contemporary settings by featuring a sushi bar, a private Teppanyaki dining table and two private washitsu rooms with low floor seating.

For sensational dining experience, guests may also choose to wind down on one of the two elegantly appointed terraces - the Sunset terrace offering pool and sea views or private terrace with stunning views to the Arabian Gulf is the perfect spot for small gatherings and private events up to ten people.

The Executive Chef, Ueli Bachofner, added “Food to me is a melody of senses, flavours, ingredients, ambiance and company to share with.”

At Dragon’s Place, guests are invited to come and celebrate their passion for good food. They will definitely develop an appreciation for Asian fusion flavours through the Teppanyaki Chef’s culinary creations. The menu offers a variety of alluring delicacies from fresh sushi and Teppanyaki dishes to Tom Ka Gung and Thai Shrimp puff cake ensuring every guest enjoys the food to the fullest. Along the Japanese version of sushi infused with Middle Eastern flavours, Arabic sushi brings a new culinary twist to your senses.

Dragon’s Place is located on the first floor of The Ajman Palace and will be open for lunch and dinner on Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 2:00 pm - 12:00 am, for dinner on Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday  from 6:00 pm to 12:00 am.
