Frequently Asked Questions at Belle Rose Maison

CONROE, Texas - Oct. 28, 2013 - PRLog -- Do you allow other outside vendors?  Yes you can, however there is a $300 fee if they aren’t on our preferred vendor list.

Can we bring in our own alcoholic beverages?  Yes, but you must provide TABC bartenders, and use our security officers ($30/hour per officer, usually 2 required)

How much time does Belle Rose Maison allow for a wedding and/or reception?  4 hour event time. $300 to purchase an extra hour at Belle Rose, and $200 for an extra hour at La Maison.

Do you offer plenty of guest parking?  Yes, we have a large paved parking lot.

May we take engagement and/or bridal pictures on your property?  1 hour free property use for engagement or bridal portraits if your reception is booked with us. Otherwise we charge $100 an hour.

What if we are having a wedding outside at the Greek Temple and the weather is bad, what can we do?  Weather contingency plan – Requires using your reception facility for your ceremony too.
Chairs will be arranged down the middle of the room for smaller weddings in Belle Rose and moved to the tables afterwords. Larger weddings will require guests to be seated at their tables for the ceremony.

When can we tour your facility?  Tours are by appointment. We prefer to be closed on Sunday and Monday, or after 5pm, but will try to accommodate your schedule as much as possible.

Do you have packages?  No, we price things separately to accommodate total customization of your event.
