Chicago Title Senior Commercial Sales Executive Kaye Gorlick Retires

SEATTLE - Nov. 1, 2013 - PRLog -- SEATTLE, Wash., November 1, 2013 – Chicago Title of Washington Senior Commercial Account Manager Kaye Gorlick announced her retirement effective December 31, 2013. Kaye has been with Chicago Title since 1987, and in the mid-1990s, she was integral in growing the company’s King County commercial department. The flourishing operation includes dedicated sales, escrow, title, and underwriting staff. Kaye has cultivated many professional relationships and will be missed by the commercial real estate arena; however, she exits the industry with a fully established team and Chicago Title’s leading Seattle market share behind her.

Kelly Molitor has been in the title insurance industry since 1991. In 1998, she joined Chicago Title of Washington as a Sales Executive, specializing in both builder services and commercial sales. She is a member of NAHB, MBA of King and Snohomish Counties, CREW, NAIOP, and the New Home Council.

As a former Industrial and Office Broker, Steven Paravia was involved in the acquisition and disposition of institutional portfolios, free standing buildings, and land sales. Steven joined Chicago Title of Washington as a Commercial Sales Executive in September 2012, and is a member of NAIOP and the Urban Land Institute.
