Novotel Century Hong Kong hotel has 511 rooms, where you can appreciate the simple pleasures - leisure facilities, spa facility, food and beverage outlets, and a state-of-the-art health club. Fitness amenities include a gym, outdoor pool and a sauna.

This visit has served as an education opportunity for students. The whole-day tour is from the operation in the kitchen of the hotel restaurant to the operation of gym and health club. The tour also includes the decoration of fine dining restaurant and buffet restaurant.  The students have a practical understanding on an International hotel chain.
