Nov. 7, 2013 - PRLog -- IBADAN, NIGERIA  The most vocal woman on Social Media in Nigeria, Kemi Omololu-Olunloyo Pharm.D has made a decision to retire from Activism, resigned her partnership with the Nigerian Tribune and also abandoned any plans of getting into Nigerian politics or serving in any form of public office be it elective or an appointment.

This decision caught many of her fans by surprise and she said it was a personal decision of hers. Omololu-Olunloyo has consisitently served as an award winning Community Activist in the Baltimore, Maryland, Toronto, Canada communities in eradicating guns and drugs out of society. Honored by an American Mayor, Governor and President as well as the police department of the 4th largest city in North America, Toronto, Canada for the work she did to help solve homicides and encourage the public to help police with their investigations. Kemi was a Community Police Liason member in Toronto, Canada's 12th precinct while living in Canada.

On September 28th, she launched #HNNAfrica turning her popular global music blog HipHossip to HipHossip NewsNet, a small online main stream world news organization designed for young people. HipHossip has a new fanpage on Facebook.com/HNNAfrica and on twitter, youtube, google+ and instagram @HipHossip She plans to continue as News Director and spend a bulk of her time in the newsroom and the rest with her family in the United States.

#HNNAfrica was credited by several news organizations for it's coverage of the Westgate attack in Nairobi, Kenya pushing its handle on audio portal Reverbnation.com/HipHossip to the number one spot in Canada's Capital Ottawa for Kemi's outstanding radio newscasts.

She also thanks her fans over the year that contributed positively to the issues going on in Nigeria and her page discussions and will be traveling a lot across the globe on world news media assignments. #HNNAfrica is currently staffed by a small group of Canadian Journalism interns.

She also resigned as a brand partner with the Nigerian Tribune, the oldest newspaper in the nation where she wrote the #HipHossipTribunal section of the Friday Treat Entertainment section. Her decision to resign was based on the need to spend more time and focus on #HNNAfrica. Said the Tribune Ibadan Editor Debo Abdullai "We thank you for your time and service here exposing the Tribune to many Canadian and American readers who came here to read your articles." Omololu-Olunloyo worked approximately a year with the iconic paper.

Kemi says she wants to now focus on herself, her news organization and privacy with her children and will spend less or almost no time with her fans in the community. "It is now time for me. I have already helped the world" she told media in Ibadan. Omololu-Olunloyo was well known for her Nigerian Essay contest for the last 5 years where she wired total Nigerian strangers on Facebook $100CDN from Canada every Easter for the last 5 years totaling N10 Million if they wrote an essay on how they will fix Nigeria. She worked as a highly paid Pharmacist and Journalist in Canada from 2007-2012.

Enduring a lot of insults and cultural differences with Nigerians at home she concluded that Nigeria's situation can only be solved by Nigerians in a no hands out manner. She once set up Facebook pages for Presidential, Senate and Governorship campaigns leading fans to think she will be a candidate for Nigerian politics in 2015 or 2019. She states that she lost interest as a results of the weak, rude and lazy attitudes of most Nigerians.

Kemi is rights managed. Any Interview requests should be sent along with a bid to Robert Perez at Keminications @yahoo.ca, Kemi's Canada PR Agency and Agent.
