Malik Thomas Presents Millenium - Gospel Music Without Compromise

The event will bring together several of the best  artists in the world of Christian Hip/Hop.  The roster includes Kalil Ros, Jenisis, L-Dub, Victory in Progress (V.I.P.),DJ Hexx, Minister Sanyika 'Sandman' Hale, and Melinda Valenzuela.

The amazing night of fun and praise will start with introductions by the evening’s host, Tva Parks.  Tva is a seasoned professional who has worked with and interviewed some of the most well-known entertainers and sports figures in the entertainment industry.

Rap artist L-Dub (Lee Williams) is a lyrical powerhouse who started rapping for the fame it could bring him.  He soon realized that he could use his voice and passion for God to bring others to the enrichment he has experienced through Christ.

Victory in Progress (V.I.P.)

Adding to the momentum of the evening is Victory in Progress, consisting of two individuals, Derek and Ted (TL) Lowery.  They are well established gospel artists who are committed to ensuring that their vision of faith through music is met.  They have shared the stage with such notable artists as KeKe Sheard, Canton Jones, John P Kee, The Katinas, Commissioned, and The Winans to Bootsy Collins, as well as having performed in major venues across the country.

DJ Hexx

DJ Hexx(Hector Nuno) considers himself a soldierfor Christ.Ministry for Christ is his true passion.  He is an advocate for bringing good, positive music to all ages and was recently nominated for DJ of the Yearby HOGOM/Vision Entertainment and Kingdom Wear Production sponsors.

Minister Sanyika ‘Sandman’ Hale

Minister Sanyika ‘Sandman’ Hale was born in Compton, California where life was met with seemingly insurmountable odds.  Sanyika is a combo powerhouse.  He is a strong lyricist who has an amazingly soulful voice that he uses to share the love of God.He is also featured on Malik’s first and second album.  Minister Sandman has lead a purpose driven life in expressing his love of Christ.

Melinda Valenzuela

Melinda Valenzuela is a soulful singer who grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada. She has been singing since she was just a little girl and started in church, performing in plays and singing in gospel choirs. In her teen years, she was in a Christian band that performed at various youth events.
