Renowned Training & Marketing Academy for Financial Advisors Opens New Office to Serve Growing Ranks

FLORIDA, Fla. - Nov. 13, 2013 - PRLog -- Less than two years after opening an office here, Advisors’ Academy has opened a bigger one.  The new workspace is better suited to accommodate the Academy’s rapidly expanding team of marketing professionals, coaches and recruiters – all dedicated to serving the company’s equally fast-growing ranks of member advisors.

“I realized two years ago we had grown the organization as much as possible from my own home-base in Connecticut and I made the strategic decision to open an office in Florida,” Advisors’ Academy Founder David Scranton said. “It was clearly the right decision considering how quickly we outgrew it.”

Scranton said the Academy’s new office not only suits its new size but gives it room for continued growth, which is expected.  Located on the 5^th floor of the Port Royal Financial Center on North Federal Highway, the 4,400-square-foot facility includes ocean views and a large conference room ideal for both staff meetings and advisor group functions.

In addition to expanded office and meeting space, the new facility includes complete resources for the Academy’s full-scope of training and marketing services.  Collectively the Academy team provides high-earning financial advisors across the country with guidance and support in marketing and graphic design, communications, public relations, sales, practice management, products and licensing – as well as providing regularly scheduled and on-call coaching.  The new office is also central to the hotels, restaurants and other venues frequently utilized by the Academy for training and recruiting events.

“We put a lot of time and effort into assembling the best coaching and marketing team in the industry,” Scranton said.  “With this new facility we now have an infrastructure in place that enables our team to not only continue providing the high level of service our advisors have come to expect, but to grow and improve.”

While Florida is a well-known hub of activity for the financial services industry, Scranton said it’s also an ideal location for the Academy’s central office for several other reasons.  For one thing, Scranton, himself, keeps a home and a fishing boat in Fort Lauderdale, and for another the area provides many great venues and opportunities for him to meet personally with member candidates – which he said he will continue to do no matter how much more the company grows.

“The focus on personalized coaching and mentoring is one of the strengths of this organization, and that won’t change no matter how many offices or members we may one day have,” he said.

Since Scranton is still an in-the-field producer himself, who sets the ambitious pace for his advisors with some $3 million-on-average in annual income, he is intimately familiar with the challenges they face and takes a personal interest in teaching them how to overcome those challenges.
