Follow on Google News | Teens-In-Flight Receives $2,000 donation from Warrior Brotherhood MCBy: Teens-In-Flight 386-569-5685 jacsam@aol.com Palm Coast, FL – The Warrior Brotherhood Veterans Motorcycle Club has donated $2,000 to the Teens-In-Flight program. “The Warrior Brotherhood MC is a long-time supporter of our program," said Col Jack Howell, the program's administrator. "They donated $2,000 last year as well, and it’s donations like these that help give our kids the opportunity to learn to fly," he added. The donation was presented on November 15th to Col. Howell and his students on the tarmac next to the school’s airplane at the Flagler County Airport in Palm Coast, Florida. The Warrior Brotherhood Motorcycle Club was established in 2000. They are a not-for-profit formed to provide a fraternal organization for qualified military veterans who have served, or are currently serving in the Armed Forces of the United States or US Allied Nations. Teens-In-Flight is a 501(C) 3 foundation formed to support the families of our military. Through the modem of aerospace education we open the doors of opportunity. Teens-In-Flight provides flight training and aviation maintenance scholarships to those teens that have lost a parent in the Global War on Terrorism or, is the teen of a parent who was wounded in action and is disabled. Another phase of the program also focuses on selected teens that are considered "at risk" within our community by providing a positive aviation intervention experience. The program could not exist without the generous donations of our partner FourStarAero, a private aviation company that donates office space, flight instructors, and the aircraft for Teens-In-Flight students. FourStarAero is owned by father and son partners Wayne and Josh Jackson. Josh is the chief flight instructor for Teens-In-Flight. For more information, contact 386-569-5685.
