PRLog -- MGS Machine Corporation recently unveiled The MatriX™,
a fully-automatic casepacker. The upcoming Track & Trace Initiative will require many manufacturers in the life sciences industry to update their packaging lines for anti-counterfeiting prevention. The MatriX™ has a unique infeed collator that provides for fail-safe inspection of the collated cartons, virtually eliminating track and trace failures at the Casepacker.
The MatriX™ also provides a space-saving base machine that is just under three meters long. Its efficient Klean Top™ design provides good site lines and offers fast, accurate changeovers. The simple servo-driven transport system affords ease of maintenance, while the positive vacuum opener opens the toughest of cases.
