MGS Machine Announces its Newest Innovation—the CT200 Cartoner

MAPLE GROVE, Minn. - Oct. 31, 2014 - PRLog -- Fast and flexible, the CT200’s robust design utilizes innovative standard or custom modules and allows for high-speed, 24/7 applications of up to 200 cartons per minute. Pre-designed infeed solutions can handle tubes, bottles, blisters, and literature insertion (both pre-folded and wraparound). High-speed accuracy is ensured by the Servo-based design, which also reduces maintenance. The standard carton pre-break eliminates carton setup failures.

The CT200 also features an HMI touch screen user interface and a no-tool, quick-change carton setup. Its small footprint requires less floor space, and it fully supports ANSI/PMMI B1.55.1 safety and cGMP guidelines. Pharmaceutical validation documents are also available.
