Kirk C. Stange

Kirk C. Stange, managing partner of Stange Law Firm, PC earned his J.D. degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2000. In law school, he was selected a National Member of the Order of the Barristers, a national honor society comprised of ten in the class for obtaining high honor In the art of courtroom advocacy.  Mr. Stange has years of complex family law litigation experience in divorce, paternity, child custody, child support, spousal maintenance, motions to modify, domestic violence, equitable division of marital property,  guardianships, adoptions, and contempt actions brought before judges in St. Louis County, St. Charles County, Jefferson County, St. Louis City, the St. Louis Metro East in Illinois and other surrounding counties.  Mr. Stange is a graduate of the highly regarded ABA Family Law Section Trial Advocacy Institute.  He has served as a Missouri Bar Mentor and has also presented CLE seminars on Family Law for the Missouri Bar. Recently, he has authored a chapter in a book through Aspatore Publishing titled:  Strategies for Military Family Law: Leading Lawyers on Navigating Family Law in the Armed Forces (Inside the Minds).  In addition, Mr. Stange is in the process of writing a book through Apatore Publishing titled:  Prenuptial Agreements, Line by Line to be released in 2014.

In 2013, Mr. Stange was selected as a Super Lawyer Rising Star by Missouri and Kansas Super Lawyers.  Each year no more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state receive this honor.
