Life Momentum was launched over the 2012 holiday season with a journey to Tanzania, where CEO Hesham Shafie met with local non-governmental organizations (NGOs), along with children and youth to identify the immediate needs and potential next steps for their local partner. Life Momentum and IDRF (International Development and Relief Foundation) are in the process of implementing a sustainable development program in Tanzania for disadvantaged children and youth to enable opportunities to learn English at a young age and provide technical skills training through the creation of a computer lab and related training programs. In Canada, Life Momentum partnered with The Remix Project, a local Toronto charity, to help benefit deserving youth in their own backyard.
