Technology Center of the Piedmont Triad Creates American Express Neighborhood Circle for Triad

GREENSBORO, N.C. - Nov. 25, 2013 - PRLog -- Greensboro, NC November 24, 2013  The Technology Center of the Piedmont Triad (TCPT) believes in the concept of Shop Small and is participating in the American Express Neighborhood Circle.  Creating a Circle online allows the company to reach out to a number of businesses of all levels in the Piedmont Triad and beyond.  Neighborhood Circles are created with the concept of connecting, planning, and sharing what is happening in the community.   The Piedmont Triad Neighborhood Circle can be found at http://bit.ly/SmallBizPT.

The effort is sponsored through the American Express Open Forum program and Mightybell.com. It allows business owners and entrepreneurs the opportunity to use technology to collaborate, find volunteers, funding, and marketing avenues that would not otherwise be available.   Antoine Smith COO exclaimed that “the Technology Center Of The Piedmont Triad is honored to invest resources and participate in the American Express Neighborhood Circle Concept. National Small Business Saturday is November 30, 2013 and encourages the community to shop local.  To further this concept starting in January the Technology Center of the Piedmont Triad will host monthly Small Business Saturday Classes as well as Student Saturdays to foster additional ideas, talks, and workshops for the youth.
