Mike also serves as a member of Accenture’s global executive leadership team. “The Outsourcing Hall of Fame recognizes the very best professionals in the outsourcing industry whose outsourcing management practice and leadership have significantly contributed to business and society at large,” said IAOP CEO Debi Hamill. Salvino has had a long and impactful career history in the outsourcing industry and prior to his leadership role at Accenture he held senior leadership roles at pioneering companies such as Exult and Hewitt. In his home city of Charlotte, North Carolina, Mike is an active volunteer in his local community and serves as a coach and leader in youth sports. Through their 5MPOWER® foundation, Mike and his family also empower non-profit organizations in the Carolinas through investment of time, talent, and resources. About the Outsourcing Hall of Fame Established by IAOP in 2006, The Hall of Fame continues to grow globally and now has more than 20 members in its ranks.
