Follow on Google News | BioVision Introduces 2 New Kits: Lipolysis Colorimetric & PicoProbe Lipolysis Fluorometric Assay KitBioVision is delighted to introduce two new assay kits: Lipolysis (3T3-L1) Colorimetric & PicoProbe™ Lipolysis (3T3-L1) Fluorometric Assay Kits. These kits are the most sensitive lipolysis assay kits on the market!!
By: BioVision, Inc. PicoProbe™ Lipolysis (3T3-L1) Fluorometric Assay Kit (Catalog # K578-100) 100 assays: BioVision’s PicoProbe™ Lipolysis Assay Kit measures glycerol released from 3T3-L1 cells as early as 1 hour after induction of lipolysis. It is suitable for measuring trace amounts of glycerol from samples. In this assay, glycerol reacts with Enzyme Mix to form an intermediate that in turn reacts with Glycerol Developer & PicoProbe™ to generate the fluorescence product. The fluorescence intensity is directly proportional to the amount of glycerol. Key Features and Benefits of the kit: - The most sensitive lipolysis assay kit on the market - Useful for both primary adipocytes & 3T3-L1 cells - Fluorometric quantification (Ex/Em = 535/587 nm) - Detects less than 20 pmol of glycerol - Useful for measuring lipolysis, screening compounds that influence lipolysis, mechanistic studies, and studying metabolic dysfunctions For more information, please visit: http://www.biovision.com/ Lipolysis (3T3-L1) Colorimetric Assay Kit (Catalog # K577-100) - 100 assays: The assay measures glycerol released from 3T3-L1 cells after induction of lipolysis using colorimetric method. The color intensity is directly proportional to the amount of glycerol. Key Features and Benefits of the Kit: - Simple, Convenient & Easy-to-use - Useful for both primary adipocytes & 3T3-L1 cells - Colorimetric (OD 570 nm) quantification - Detects less than 200 pmol of glycerol - Useful for measuring lipolysis, screening compounds that influence lipolysis, mechanistic studies, and studying metabolic dysfunctions For more information, please visit http://www.biovision.com/ End
