Actor Richard John Reliford Stars in Stage Play “Pieces” Produced by Kinnik Sky

LOS ANGELES - Dec. 3, 2013 - PRLog -- Actor, Richard John Reliford will star in the upcoming stage play, “Pieces,” at Stage 52, 5299 W. Washington, Los Angeles, CA 90016. The play will run December 6^th-8^th and Dec 13^th-15^th. “Pieces” is written and produced by 7X nominated and 3X NAACP award winning, Kinnik Sky.

Richard is best known for his recent lead role in the movie, “Frat Brothers” alongside Mishon Ratliff, Romeo Miller, Darrin Dewitt Henson, Ashley A. Williams and Denyce Lawton. With theater performances being rare for the actor, he said, “Movies are my preference normally, but I have a special love for theater because of how raw it is. I get a live, energy boost similar to that of football games from my past.”

Excited about his role in the play, Richard went on to say, “I've never quite played a role with as many colors to it, as well as a certain love interest involved. You will laugh and be moved by Miles, my character in the story within the story. “Pieces” has real life situations, but an awesome message of hope and more at the end of the day. I would definitely classify this as a dramedy. It's like a TV show live on stage and I can’t wait for everyone to see it!”
