Nicole earned a Bachelors degree in Communications from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and acquired her California real estate license shortly after graduation. After launching her career in real estate in the property management division of Archstone, one of the largest investors, developers and operators of apartment communities in the U.S., she assisted in both the acquisition of Archstone Seal Beach and the disposition of Archstone Warner Center. In addition to commercial real estate, Nicole’s experience extends to both sales and appraisals in residential real estate.
