Introducing Paulette Firmin’s Chill Grill @ Hollywood Live Bar and Lounge!

Dec. 9, 2013 - PRLog -- HOLLYWOOD, FL- The Chill Grill is celebrating its grand opening on Thursday December 12, 2013 from 6:00pm to 12am at the recently renovated Hollywood Bar & Lounge located at 2333 Hollywood BLVD in Hollywood, FL. Chill Grill is the new restaurant addition to Hollywood Live Bar & Lounge. And in Honor Paulette Firmin the Executive Chef and owner of Chill & Grill is inviting you for a food tasting. Guests can rest assure that the entertainment will equally satiate their appetite for the ultimate Restaurant & Lounge experience.

Paulette Firmin, has accumulated over a decade of experience and success as a restaurateur.  Formerly, the head chef of the former hot spot Marabou Café in Pembroke Pines and now channeling her business savvy into this new venture, Chill Grill. This time around you’ll get the same delicious entrées with more health conscience products and ingredients.

The Chill Grill is set to operate starting this Thursday thru Sunday from 6:00pm to 12: am every week thereafter. The evening is set to start at 6:00pm sharp with a Meet & Greet, followed by dance performances, music all evening and guest will have the opportunity to sample a wide array of elegant, exquisite and authentic Haitian dishes to conclude the evening.
